OUR PROGRAMS DO NOT DISSECT YOGA.

Every yoga asana you practice should be done with a certain level of mindfulness. These are very subtle processes where you direct your energy in a specific direction.

  • Awareness of breath

  • Sensory perception

  • Vibrations

  • Nadis (energy channels in the body)

  • Chakras (energy centers in the body)

The asanas are performed with a focus on subtle energies, so they are not just physical exercises. Through the program, you will be able to understand why there are so many types of yoga and what the fundamental differences of this yoga are. You will also be able to understand what authentic yoga is and why it is so important.
