Welcome to Adishiv Yoga Teacher Training and Therapy Academy. We offer yoga courses in both online and hybrid formats. our yoga teacher training course includes theory and practical sessions. The hybrid yoga program includes practical sessions conducted in specific locations, such as Rishikesh in the Himalayas, Kerala in India, and Switzerland.

From our academy you can scientifically learn and practice different styles of yoga from both traditional yogis and university graduated yoga scientists. One and only Yoga Alliance school in Switzerland has a higher level of teacher training programs, teaching various schools of yoga. We have the teacher training program in India and Switzerland .Enroll with us to experience a mix of traditional practices with modern methods of yoga from highly qualified and experienced trainers.

Who are we?

We are a yoga teacher and therapy academy in Dübendorf, Zurich, affiliated with the Yoga Alliance International and accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists. We specialize in teacher training, yoga therapy, corporate yoga programs, workshops, and our programs are conducted both online and offline.

Our yoga centers are located in Dübendorf, Switzerland, and India. Additionally, we organize various yoga retreats, yoga events, and yoga and Ayurveda tours internationally, providing participants with diverse experiences and opportunities for growth. We understand the scientifically proven benefits of yoga and its potential for disease prevention. Furthermore, we believe that nature is a powerful healer, which is why we aim to bring people closer to nature through the practices of yoga and Ayurveda.
