This Online yoga program is suitable for individuals who have never done yoga before or for those who have tried yoga but did not enjoy it. Everyone can benefit from yoga. By learning the authentic concepts of yoga through our program, you can discover a practice that suits your body type.

Yoga is actually a personalized program because every body is different and has unique requirements. To truly enjoy yoga, it is essential to understand which yoga practices are best suited for your body type. However, in recent times, yoga is often practiced in group settings due to limitations such as financial constraints and the expertise of trainers. It is important to note that there are different asanas for men and women, seniors and young individuals, and they may vary based on the time and season.
Join our program to gain a deeper understanding of the specific set of asanas that will benefit your body, mind, and soul. This is a 5-day program held in the evenings, where you can practice with us or on your own from Monday to Friday. The sessions run from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. You can book your slot for a 1.5 hr session at CHF 100.
