This program is for yoga teachers and yoga lovers. Yoga teachers should learn Yoga Sutra to understand the origin and  concept of yoga correctly, which will help them teach their students  yoga with clarity, irrespective of any school. Yoga Sutra is the foundation of yoga. Future teachers can also acquire an idea about yoga and understand what  yoga means."

The programs are in English, comprising a total of 7 classes that will  be completed by Samadhi Pada.  The student can start the program at any time as it is a personalized program. Each class lasts for one and a half hours, from 8:30 to 10:30. You can specify your preferred days accordingly, and we will plan your program.
